## Refund policy

**30-day refunds on unopened packages.** Contact AOX4 Energy within 30 days of delivery to request a return.

### Eligible returns

Packages must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging with the product seal intact. Keep your order number or proof of purchase so we can locate your order.

### How to request a return

### Refunds

After we receive the returned package and confirm that it meets the unopened-package requirements, we will refund the amount paid for the returned product to the original payment method. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to post the refund.

### Damaged, incorrect, or other problem orders

If your package arrives damaged, you receive the wrong item, or you have any other issue, please [contact us](https://aox4energy.com/pages/contact). Include your order number and a description of the problem. Photos of the product and packaging can help us review damage or packing errors.

Opened packages are not eligible under our standard unopened-package return policy. Please still contact us about a product or order issue so we can review it and help. This policy does not limit rights you may have under applicable law.
