### Shipping costs and available destinations

### Order preparation and delivery

Order preparation and carrier transit are separate steps. Any delivery estimate shown at checkout is an estimate, not a guaranteed arrival date. Check your order confirmation and, when available, your shipping confirmation and tracking link for updates.

### Address changes and order questions

Please check your shipping address before placing an order. If you need to correct an address or request an order change, [contact us](https://aox4energy.com/pages/contact) as soon as possible with your order number. Changes may not be possible once an order has shipped.

### Missing, delayed, or damaged packages

If tracking stops updating, a package has not arrived, or your delivery is damaged or incorrect, please [contact AOX4 Energy](https://aox4energy.com/pages/contact). Include your order number and a brief description so we can review the issue and help.

### Returns
